The Grow Children’s Ministry Cohort invites children’s ministry leaders across the St. Louis area into a year of intentional growth, connection, and support. Meeting monthly from August 2026 through May 2027 (excluding December), this cohort offers a space to deepen your understanding of children through the lenses of attachment, development, and trauma-informed care—all thoughtfully integrated with Scripture. Led by Rachel Hodges, LCSW, and Jill Oberle, LPC, each two-hour session will include meaningful professional development alongside practical case consultation to support your real-life ministry contexts. The total cost for the year is $725. Applications are now open and will close on June 10th.
